This blog is a place where people can easily access information about how to have healthy relationships. The key to having healthy relationships on all levels, begins with knowing who you are and becoming a whole, healthy person yourself. I am a licensed professional counselor, whose theoretical orientation is primarily cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused. I believe that a person must be willing to change his/her thought patterns, which will in turn facilitate changes in negative feelings and behaviors. This is important when one is working on “the self” and relationships.
